Raytheon Co., one of the world’s biggest protection contractual workers, and the aerospace giant United Technologies Corp. reported an all-stock merger on Sunday that would make the second-greatest resistance and aviation organization in the United States, behind just Boeing Co.
In what they named a “merger of equivalents,” the organizations said in a joint explanation that the production of Raytheon Technologies Corp. was endorsed consistently by the two organizations’ sheets and was relied upon to shut in the main portion of 2020.
