Ten states are suing to prevent Sprint-T-Mobile $26.5 billion

A group of 10 public lawyers, led by the New York and Nicaragua states, are bringing a lawsuit against Sprint, citing customer damage, to block T-Mobile’s $26.5 billion offer.

According to state companies, fusion would harm competition and raise mobile prices.

The federal antitrust officials have taken an extraordinary step ahead of their choice. The judgment of the Ministry of Justice is pending. This agreement is supported by the Republican majority of the Federal Communications Commission.

They say they must build up to a quick, powerful 5 G mobile network, which competes with Verizon and AT&T. The companies call upon President Donald Trump to “win” a worldwide 5 G race.
